Welcome to Zoowy Pet Transport LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Zoowy Pet Transport LLC provides pet transportation services. We aim to deliver safe, reliable, and low-stress transport for all animals in our care. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or canceled at our discretion to ensure safety.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking

  • Full or partial payment must be made prior to service

  • All pricing is subject to change based on distance, time, and service needs

Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

By booking services, you agree to our Refund Policy:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance may be eligible for partial refunds

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable

  • No refunds for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen conditions.​

 

4. Right to Refuse or Cancel Service

Zoowy Pet Transport LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at any time if:

  • A pet is unsafe, aggressive, ill, or unfit for transport

  • Required documentation is not provided

  • Information provided by the client is inaccurate or incomplete

  • Conditions at pickup or drop-off are unsafe

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

5. Pet Health & Safety

The Client agrees that:

  • All pets are in suitable health for transport

  • All vaccinations and required documents are up to date

  • Any medical conditions or behavioral concerns are disclosed prior to service

Zoowy Pet Transport LLC is not responsible for complications resulting from undisclosed conditions.

6. Assumption of Risk

Transporting animals involves inherent risks. By using our services, the Client acknowledges and accepts these risks.

Zoowy Pet Transport LLC will take all reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee against illness, injury, or unforeseen events.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Zoowy Pet Transport LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service​

 

8. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic

  • Weather conditions

  • Mechanical issues

  • Emergencies or other events beyond our control

We will communicate any delays and prioritize safety at all times.

9. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Be available at scheduled pickup and drop-off times

  • Ensure safe and accessible locations for transport

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in cancellation without refund.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Michigan.

​

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

13. Agreement

By booking services with Zoowy Pet Transport LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
