Refund Policy

At Zoowy Pet Transport LLC, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and attentive transport services for every pet in our care. Due to the nature of our services and the planning required for each booking, the following refund policy applies:

All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable. These fees secure your scheduled transport date and cover administrative preparation, route planning, and reserved time.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

If a cancellation is required due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, or emergencies), services may be rescheduled. Refunds in these cases are issued at our discretion.

If a client provides incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information that impacts the ability to safely complete the service, Zoowy Pet Transport LLC reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund.

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including traffic, weather, or unforeseen travel conditions. However, we will always communicate updates and prioritize the safety and well-being of your pet. 

 

Zoowy Pet Transport LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at any time if a pet is deemed unsafe to transport, poses a risk to itself or others, or if proper documentation and requirements are not met. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
